Return & Refund Policy

Wild Signal LLC wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions below.


1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

Requests made after 30 days may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.


2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and uninstalled

  • Be in original condition

  • Include original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

Products that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Products damaged due to improper installation


4. Return Process

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return

  • Photos if the item is damaged or defective

If your return is approved, instructions for returning the item will be provided.


5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Incorrect item sent

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Wild Signal LLC is not responsible for returns lost during shipping.


6. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.


7. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we will replace the item at no additional cost.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with photos of the issue.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they ship.

Once an order has shipped, it must go through the standard return process.


9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly.
